The next two on the list can work together to clean most everything. Great Value Baking Soda has so many uses that can save you money on everything from cleaning and disinfecting your entire house including your carpets to cleaning your teeth, facial scrub / mask. It’s a money saving power house product!
Heinz All Natural Cleaning Vinegar - it is different from the food vinegar. Cleaning Vinegar has 10 % acidity. This has replaced almost all the cleaners in my house. Simply put it in a spray bottle and you can clean everything from grease to toilet bowls and windows too. Combine the Baking Soda and Vinegar and you will hear the chemical reaction of this cleaning power house. I use it on my stove top, grill grates, bathroom tubs and toilets…the list goes on and on. Let’s talk plastic bags. I have a love hate relationship with them. I love them because they are convenient and hate them because they cost too much. I do use Freezer gallon bags and I do wash them and reuse them. But for everyday refrigerator use I use the Great Value Twist Tie Bags 100 bags- $2.88. They work great because I am able to squeeze air out of them better before I tie them which means my food stays fresher longer. You can use them in the freezer. I buy in bulk and portion out my meat at home and use the twist tie bag to squeeze the air out then bag it inside a Freezer Zipper Bag.
My next plastic bag savings comes from my most awesome friend Barb ...who gave me these to try. They are perfect for two reasons; Great Price and Portion control! Great Value Double Zipper Portion Pack - 80 bags for $2.48. We all need a little help with portion control especially when it comes to snacks. I find these to be super helpful when packing lunches for my son.
